This week I launched an appeal to appoint a Rail Commissioner to lead the transition of rail in the Netherlands. I did this in an opinion article in the engineering community’s monthly, de Ingenieur, partly on personal level, partly as president of the Rail section of KIVI, the Dutch Royal Society of Engineers.
